Touch of Nature .....

I am repeating this Touch of Nature Stamp class today for the lovely Ken and his daughter Elaine.

Gosh! Ken is our only male crafter and Eldest in our Craft Club, he's so Lovely, and I am so excited he is coming to stamp today. He is a fantastic card maker. I don't know how he puts up with us all and he is slowly getting his daughter Elaine hooked!!!!! They wanted to do something with the Touch of Nature stamp set, so we will be making the Tri-shutter card and 3D Envelope Box to match.

I have uploaded a few of the samples I have previously made using this lovely stamp set.
This is the 3D envelope box for the Tri-shutter card to go inside. The step card also fits in this envelope box as well. Great for any 3D card.
I made this card ages ago, while talking to my lovely Mum. I do like the Perfect Plum and Pale Plum colourway, can you tell? I did change the ribbon on this card to the 1/4" always artichoke as it held the joy fold better.
This is the inside.....
Did you buy the canvas background stamp? Sadly its retired now but I really enjoy using it still. The colours are Always Artichoke, Mellow Moss, Ruby Red and Very Vanilla.
Some of the Pewter Hodge podge kit was attached to the ribbon.
I distressed the edges with the Cutting kit, the distressing tool is perfect on male cards.
MMM!!! Love Butterflies. Haven't seen any yet in the garden? Hope it won't be long as the sun is out today but a bit chilly still, better go and put the heater on for Ken....
I love this colour combo as well, Close to Cocoa and Regal Rose with a hint of Mellow Moss.
The sanded background stamp was used on the background here.
This is the inside.
Close up of the butterflies coloured in with the markers.
Must go and put the kettle on,

Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx
