Thread the ribbon through the slot punch holes and then place the insert between the ribbon as shown here..
Slide the insert inside until it reaches the other side and then tie a knot as shown here...
Pull on the knot to reveal the inside message, I added the thank you's again as my first one got hidden by the ribbon.
