2. If you are not a SU Demonstrator but would like to host a workshop, what would you like to be shown to make?
I really want to get going with the Stampin Up Demonstrating as soon as I get the starter kit in november and would really appreciate any help with your comments. Therefore just leave me a comment about the above questions to enter the Blog Candy Moment.....

you have a great blog I don't think your count is off congrats jenny!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love all of your posts! You are so inspiring. Thanks for all of the tutorials. Where do you find the time?
ReplyDeleteSweet blog and creative artwork you have. I'm not a demo, but when I go to a workshop.....I like to see the different ways you can use just one stamp set or punches. I always fall for buying it, ok I want to buy everything any way. But I think stampers will buy things if they see the diferent ways you can use it. Like a stamp set used on a card, scrapbook page, tags, etc. Punches like tags, making something out of it like the oval punches you can make pumpkins, turkeys, and put words on them.. etc.
ReplyDeleteI hope this helps. Thanks for a chance at your sweet candy. You are going to make 1 stamper very happy with this shows up in the mail....and I hope it's ME ME ME!

As I am not a Demonstrator and if I wanted to host a SU workshop I would like perhaps 1/2, according to time allowed) very straightforward cards for everyone to make using 2 different stamp sets.
ReplyDeleteIf more time available let my guests try some of the punches and shown how they would work on cards that you have already made. The Word Window punch especially as this punch is so versatile.

Congrats to your hits! WOW. I am not a demo but love workshops. I love to see tecniques at work shops. It makes me purchase more. LOL Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a SU demo, but I used to be. I think your workshop should be geared to your audience's stamping level. Newer stampers want to see projetcs that will make them say "I can do that!" and more experienced stampers will want a cutting edge technique or something that is simple, but has a WOW factor. Those little sour cream containers...always a hit!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a demo but would love to see projects like making the boxes or bags, stamping on candles, different ways to make cards..alot of us get in the same rut with how make the card..anything would be fun though!
ReplyDeleteNot a SU demonstrator. I like it when the dmonstrator has supplies ready for everyone to be able to make a card to take home. Enjoy your new endeavor:)
ReplyDeleteI'm not a demo, but have belonged to a stamper's 10 club the last few yrs.. I always love to see ornaments around this time of year made, and gift ideas are always a bonus!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou have a great blog. I love to see cards for holidays.

I'm not a demo, but I do belong to a stampers' 6. I like learning a new techinque & making a card geared toward the season.
ReplyDeleteHi Jenny,
ReplyDeleteI would like to see a stamp set used to create 3 different levels of cards.....
a beginners card
next level up, more layering..punching
3rd level....a technique bag/box.candle using the same stamp set....
Great candy
Thanks

Awesome blog candy!!! I'm not a demonstrator, so if I hosted a party I would like to learn some cool techniques. I love the 'ol shaving cream and reinker technique to make paper. Oh, and I would love to make an embossed vellum "lampshade" that goes over a wine glass with a tea light too.
ReplyDeleteThanks!

I'm not a demo, but using stamp set for more than style of card plus the boxes and things. Thanks.

ReplyDelete2. If you are not a SU Demonstrator but would like to host a workshop, what would you like to be shown to make?
I am really into acetate cards, dry embossing and using the embossing powder. And of course how to tie all of those fantastic bows on the cards. those are the hardest. I am still pretty new, I made my first card in July with my step mom and I am ADDICTED!!!!
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI am a SU demonstrator.
I like to work with any mini catalogs that are out if I can. I ask the Hostess to pick a theme. I like to start simple and embellish up. All the items I demo are handed to the hostess. I usually do a quick and simple card with the guests.. two step stamping always get ohh and ahhs. Great Blog, thanks for sharing.
Hi, Great blog candy, thanks for sharing. I am a SU demo and I always make 2 cards at my workshops. I use 2 different stamp sets and I try to incorporate either enbossing or a special fold or something I haven't done with that group.

I am not a demo and have never been to a workshop because I am in Michigan and my demo is in California, so I only order from the catty. I personally dont like simple one layer cards so make sure you show some layering and some distressing too. that always works.
ReplyDeleteekI have only had a few hostess parties. Most of my gatherings are classes. However, I try to show a new tech every time. Something to help them use what they have already purchased or make them want to add to it.
ReplyDeleteYour site is lovely! Have enjoyed the projects!
I'm not a demo, but I love all of the SU projects you have done. As I'm new to it all I wouldn't mind what you would show to make, they all are inspirational. Thanks for the chance to win.
