Box of Sunshine

Afternoon Everyone,

Hope you are all well.

We had some much needed rain here in the UK over the weekend which was very much needed.

Today my UPS chap brought me my Stampin' Up! delivery of the new Global Paper Pumpkin Kit.

If you live in the US you might have heard about these kits before as they are a monthly subscription but we don't have it available to us in the UK, but this one is a Global version so we could order it.

The idea comes from Sara Douglas who was inspired by sending a little box of sunshine to friends, family someone in need of a little cheering up.

You get everything in the box to make 8 cards and there's loads left to decorate the box and create some more bits and bobs if you want to.

There is an instruction sheet to show you some ideas but you can do what ever you want with the layers, stamps etc.
I kept one of each of the cards the same as the instructions and then switched the design for the other four.

I love the sentiments in the stamp set that comes with the kit, lovely two tones in this one.

The envelopes are all gold foiled and the card bases have images on them, so bright and cheery.

You do need a clear block for stamping as there isn't one in the kit, so to keep the costs done but there is a basic black ink pad a stampin spot version.

There's 5 sheets of images to you which I popped up with mini dimensionals which on in the kit box as well.

Plus there are some sticky backed coloured sequins as well.

It really is such great value.
Now to find some things yellow to put in the box to send out to someone.

I'm having a little GIVEAWAY over on my facebook business page,
So pop over and enter.

If you would like to purchase the Box of Sunshine Kit its available on my online shop for £20 plus shipping. Don't forget to use August Hostess Code for a little gift in the post next month.

Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)
