Box of Sunshine

Afternoon Everyone,

Hope you are all well.

We had some much needed rain here in the UK over the weekend which was very much needed.

Today my UPS chap brought me my Stampin' Up! delivery of the new Global Paper Pumpkin Kit.

If you live in the US you might have heard about these kits before as they are a monthly subscription but we don't have it available to us in the UK, but this one is a Global version so we could order it.

The idea comes from Sara Douglas who was inspired by sending a little box of sunshine to friends, family someone in need of a little cheering up.

You get everything in the box to make 8 cards and there's loads left to decorate the box and create some more bits and bobs if you want to.

There is an instruction sheet to show you some ideas but you can do what ever you want with the layers, stamps etc.
I kept one of each of the cards the same as the instructions and then switched the design for the other four.

I love the sentiments in the stamp set that comes with the kit, lovely two tones in this one.

The envelopes are all gold foiled and the card bases have images on them, so bright and cheery.

You do need a clear block for stamping as there isn't one in the kit, so to keep the costs done but there is a basic black ink pad a stampin spot version.

There's 5 sheets of images to you which I popped up with mini dimensionals which on in the kit box as well.

Plus there are some sticky backed coloured sequins as well.

It really is such great value.
Now to find some things yellow to put in the box to send out to someone.

I'm having a little GIVEAWAY over on my facebook business page,
So pop over and enter.

If you would like to purchase the Box of Sunshine Kit its available on my online shop for £20 plus shipping. Don't forget to use August Hostess Code for a little gift in the post next month.

Jenny:-)

Customer Appreciation Gift Packages

Morning Everyone,

I love to send out little Thank You Gifts for my customers that shop with me online via my online shop each month.
I have a new Hostess Code at the beginning of every month, so if you fancy a little free gift flying through your door, enter the Hostess Code YAGXBM4F when you shop with me at
jennymoors.stampinup.net

These are the gift packages that went out this month for those who shopped with me in July.

I used the Dandelion Embossing Folder to make the cards and gift tags.

I added the little butterfly embellishments on the cards as well to show what you can do with them.

I embossed some layers on our vellum card stock which was layered onto the coloured card stock and some on just whisper white.  I used the stampin blends on the back of the vellum to colour in the image stems.

I used the ornate frame dies for the sentiments.

Hope you have all got something fun to do this weekend,

I think I am going to be painting our lounge!  Only if its not too warm.

Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)

Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Class in the Post.

Morning Everyone,

Oh my goodness I have been so hot this past week, my little craft room has been boiling.
What has your weather been like?
I am a Spring and Autumn lover.

For my Stamp Class in the Post offering this week, I used the Blossoms in Bloom Bundle.
The colour combination is Blushing Bride, Rococo Rose, Smoky Slate and Basic Grey.

Have you tried one of my Stamp Classes in the Post yet?

For this class I designed four cards and a matching gift box. Everything is provided and prepped for you to complete the project. We're not allowed to include stamped images, so you do need sentiments and I used the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set and a basic grey ink pad.

This is a large gatefold card.

I used the tasteful textile embossing folder on this card.

The frame was cut using the stitched rectangle dies.

The ribbon was the white with silver edging.

I include a video for how to make the projects which is emailed so you can craft at your leisure.

The sentiments are so useful in the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set.

Pop over to my online shop to see it fully.
Don't forget to add this month's Hostess Code YAGXBM4F
to get a free gift in the post next month.

Thank you for popping by and I hope I have inspired you to craft today.

Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx

Most Wonderful Time Product Medley

Morning Everyone,

Are you ready for our Autumn/Winter Mini Catalogue?

It's LIVE from today.

I have quite a few lovely things to show you but for now I picked the
Most Wonderful Time Product Medley.....

What is a Product Medley you ask?

It a box full to the brim with products that all match and all you need is ink pads and card stock.
You get the Stamp Set, Dies, 48 sheets of 6 x 6 Designer paper, 7 gorgeous sticker sheets full of christmas images, 9m of tinsel trim, 58 gold faceted stars.

The designer papers are all double sided and have gold foiling on one side of each sheet.

I used the Stitched Nested Label Dies for some of my cards, they are not included in the medley.

I used Old Olive and Real Red ink pads.

The large gift bag is made using 2 1/2 sheets of A4 card stock.  I added some designer papers to the back and front.

The tinsel is super for decorating the larger tree in the stamp set.
The dies cut both trees and the presents.

I love the style of the label for the sentiments, so pretty.

The deers are stickers!!  You get two sheets of them.

Watch my video to see how I did this card.

The sheets of stickers have more labels for stamping the sentiments.

This is a full 6 x 6 3d card using just one sheet of A4 card stock.

You can see it opens up like this.

If you haven't already got a catalogue and don't have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I would love to help you find your creativity and inspire you to get crafting.

You can find the Autumn Catalogue on my Online Shop at

jennymoors.stampinup.net

Don't forget to use my hostess code YAGXBM4F for August, a little gift will be finding its way to you if you do in september.
