Hello Everyone,
The sun is out finally! Not for long so the weather forecast says!
For this month's Scrapbook Club, I decided to go for a You and Me Layout especially as it so close to Valentine's Day.
We had a lovely morning this morning, I made use of the lovely valentine products we still have available. The notelets are pre printed around the outer edge but I used the Flowerful Heart stamped in real red and cut out with the heart framelit. The smaller heart is from the Hearts a Flutter stamp set.
For the little gift, a little heart tin with a smelly candle. Nice smelling mind you! and a bit of chocolate....
The bags came with the tags and bakers twine, I just stamped the heart on the tag and added a itty bitty flower with a rhinestone to it.
The heart tins are from www.tinwaredirect.co.uk
The candles were from sainsburys.
Our full heart punch fits the top of the tins, which was embossed with the decorative dots embossing folder,
Free during Sale a Bration.
This is the You and Me Layout.
I went for Black, Real Red, Coastal Cobana and Whisper white colour combination. The papers are the New Mini Paper stack in the Mini Catalogue.
I used the chevron border punch along the edges. Had this punch for ages and finally used it!
The ampersand embossing folder was used for the middle and I embossed the YOU and ME with the arrows embossing folder. The Real Red layer was stamped with the Language of Love stamp set.
The Hearts are the mats for photo's and the smaller heart is the Full Heart punch
This is the other half of the layout.
Three mats for photo's and three journalling tags hidden behind them.
They were made with the angled top punch.
The language of love stamp set used again here for the smaller hearts, which were punched out with the tiny heart punch.
Another tag was made with the paper from the prints paper stack. It's great you have lots of designs and four of each one. The sentiment You and Me here is from the Perfect pennant stamp set in the Mini Catalogue.
Hope you have a happy day on Valentine's Day,
Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx
