Merry Christmas.......

Merry Christmas to All of You, Hope you all have a relaxing time.

I have been busy catching up with things here, lots of sorting, cleaning etc but all is done now. The fire is on and Sid has positioned himself right in front of it, he is so hot, not sure how he can stay there so long.

When we went to Convention this Year, we were told that we were getting two new Mini Catalogues. The first one starts on the 4th January, Gosh there are lots of new things in there.

At our Downline Meeting last week we played with a few of the new bits and bobs. We made this card using some of the new papers, stamp set and a new bigshot die.

The Bigshot die is called Blossom Party its so pretty and has lots of flowers to choose from.

Shelli Gardner made a cute card pouch from some of the new Designer Fabric called Spice Cake, so this is what we made during our Downline Meeting.

Debi was a Whizz on the Sewing Machine...... You can make four of these Card Pouches from one piece of fabric, so very economical and very simple to make. The middle flower was a ripped piece of fabric, gathered up using a running stitch and then a new button added to the middle.

Add some pretty cards inside and you have a lovely gift for someone.

Right then, I am on guard of the Kitchen as my lot are constantly in the cupboards, anyone would think its Christmas!!!!

Hope you all have a lovely time with your loved ones.

Merry Christmas

Creative Elements 2012 Calendars.....

Gosh! It's that time of year again to make some New Calendars. Is it really going to be 2012! I had to keep checking I had the numbers around the correct way....hee!

These CD calendars were so popular last year, so we made them again this year.

I used the Beautiful Stamp set called Creative Elements. The colour combinations were Soft Suede, Pink Pirouette & Very Vanilla or Soft Suede, Marina Mist & Very Vanilla.

The CD Calendars don't really take up must space on your desk and they close up, which is useful for posting as a gift.

The numbers were cut with the bigshot and the timeless alphabet.

This is the Vertical Calendar, first page.....

These are the Horizontal Calendars. You will get both Calendar PDF's with the Class instructions.

I'll be back tomorrow with my Beautiful Season Stamp Class.

Aviary Stamp Class.....

Good Morning,

While we were at Convention, I designed a Scrapbook Project for my Downline Ladies to do while we were away. I used one of the New 6" x 6" Scrapbooks called the Polka Dot Party.

I used the Nursery Nest Papers and the Nursery Quick Accent Stickers. The papers will split up to a Boy and a Girl Version of the same Album.

For the Boy Version I used Marina Mist, Basic Grey and Pear Pizzazz and For the Girl Version I used Perfect Plum, Blushing Bride and Basic Grey.

The Album comes complete with 10 clear page protectors. Therefore giving you 20 layouts.

This is one of the page layouts.

My Stamp Class Ladies liked the Scrapbook Album so I have added this to the Aviary Class Instructions. We used the Aviary Stamp set to make the selection of fun cards.

I used the same colour combinations for the cards in the Boy and Girl Versions of each card.

Right then one more crossed of my long ever growing list of things to do....

Hope you have a nice weekend.

Bigshot Club - Two Tags Cards, Gift Boxes & Tags...

It was the Bigshot Club last night and we made a selection of things using the Two Tag die this time round.

The colour combination is Pool Party and Island Indigo. The stamp sets are Serene Snowflake, Petite Pairs & Delightful Dozen for the sentiments.

The lacy border punch makes a very pretty handle for the basket.

The square gift box is perfect for a tall candle as well.

We decorated a glass bauble for our gift box with curls of designer paper.

The insert keeps the bauble from bounching about.

Polar Party Stamp Class.....

Hello Everyone....

This is the Polar Party Class and I also used this design as my swap cards for Convention. The penguins are so cute! I have been watching Frozen Planet and I can't get enough of the Penguins on that programme, they are so funny. I'm sure one of them is a man in a suit! He was pinching rocks from another Penguin who had NO idea was happening!

The class includes the Bigshot Scallop Square die which is super. You can get lots out of this die and it has a clear middle which is extremely useful.

This is a Scallop Square card and the middle is the same die as well just cut down.

You can also make a rectangle from the scallop square die as well. All the circles are the #2 circle die.

Right then on to the next job before my date with my hubbie tonight.

Stampin UP Convention - Disneyland Paris

Hello Everyone....

Wow! The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of events. I have just been to the European Stampin' UP! Convention in Disneyland Paris.

We had the MOST Amazing time. I went with three Wonderful Friends who are also my Downline, Maria, Emma and Jill. We all stayed in one room, which was such FUN.

We have been laughing for four whole days and every muscle in my body is worn out! Being a Stampin' UP! Demonstrator really does bring such Happiness in my life, the friendships I have made with my lovely Customers and Downline are the very best. Thank You.

This Jill, Emma and Maria.

This is Emma, ME in the the middle and Maria. They were both awarded with some achievements this year. How Fantastic is that. Emma for promotions and Maria came in the top 25 at the 20th position. Wow! You Bloomin' Buds are fantastic. Well done, I'm so pleased for the both of you.

Emma works so very hard, and she has 4 beautiful little girls. She does a wonderful job crafting with her ladies in IPSWICH. She is Squeezing the lift out of me here! Her flights from Paris have both been cancelled so she is patiently waiting for another one! Not a great end to the trip! Hope you get home soon Emma.xxxx

These two ladies are the every best of Friends. Stampin' UP! brought them together a couple of years ago isn't that amazing. They are also so very very funny, my poor cheeks. Thank you ladies for coming such a long way to Convention.

We went into the Park for the last evening and tried on so many hats! This is Emma in her Mickey one.
The Park was magical in the Dark! Look at the Magic Castle.
And another angle of the pretty castle. We watched the parade and then took cookies back to the hotel.
Well that all for today. I am way behind with all my jobs but there are so many exciting NEW things Stampin' UP! have in store for you all this Year. Look out for more details Next Month!!!!

Christmas Extravaganza........

Hello Everyone!

Gosh you must have wondered where I've been. We went on holiday for half term to Devon and I managed to fall over on the decking around our Lodge and really damaged my knee. In fact I could hardly walk the whole of the holiday. I felt rotten that we were unable to go out due to me hurting my knee but we all had a wonderful rest and watched tons of Movies which we really enjoy doing as a family. We nearly had three whole PJ Days!!!! hee hee The doctor said it will take about 6 weeks to mend but others have told me that when something similar has happened to them they are still feeling the effects Doh! What an old biddie....

This Saturday was my Christmas Extravaganza. My Lovely Lovely Mum helped me again, she is a superstar and I love her so very very much. The hall had been double booked by the lady who does the bookings. She had forgotten that the Church holds a remembrance service and the Vicar told me they had 200 people coming for Tea & Coffee and was I going to be long in the hall!!!! I just stared at him. The hall only has a tiny carpark unfortunately and I couldn't think where 200 plus my 40 guests were going to park.

Anyway it all got sorted my Mum put herself in the Carpark and amongst all the other jobs she does, managed to position my ladies in the carpark before the church goers arrived. Superstar!!! She can help again hee hee.

Right then as usual we did three mini projects. We used the Pine & Poinsettias Stamp set and the Holly Berry Speciality papers on all three of the projects, plus two others, Delightful Decorations and Tags Til Christmas.
We made this Decorated Box Frame and matching Christmas Card, using the Delightful Decorations stamp set.
We decorated a Gift Bag and made two Christmas Cards to co-ordinate.
Plus we decorated a Gift Tub and filled it with 9 Gift Tags using the Pine & Poinsettias stamp set and the Tags Til Christmas stamp set.
These are the table decorations using the Penant Parade stamp set.
This is the Registration Table complete with the Extravaganza Gifts for everyone. This is one of the tables all set up.

These Petal Cone gives were the Prize Patrol Table Gifts using the Creative Elements stamp set.
I ran the Crafters Choice Competition again and decided to give two prizes away, 1st and 2nd. Everyone has one tick and then they are added up and the most and runner up gets a Stampin UP Gift Certificate. This was Carolines who won 1st.
Also Carolines.
This gorgeous creation was by Sue who was runner up.
Oh My! Just look at this which was made by Yvonne! Super.
This fab card was Karen's.

A Wonderful Creation from Amanda - Wow!
Look what Cath made, so Cute a very tall bird house. Also in the background was a wonderful flower arrangement by Elizabeth, my other photo was all blurred, so if you have a photo Elizabeth, please can you email it to me and I will upload a full version - Thanks.

Thank you to everyone who came along on Saturday, I really appreciate you taking the time out of your busy scheldules to come and share my LOVE of STAMPIN' UP!. This Saturday is the Crafty Bunch turn to have their Extravaganza and I am so looking forward to seeing all you Yeovil ladies again.

The instructions for all three projects are on the right. You'll get all the information on all three projects for £3.95.

The next Extravaganza is February 11th.
