Silent Night Stamp Class......

Are you fed up with my Christmas Cards yet? I must admit I have been really enjoying making them. Especially this one. I love old churches. They always seem to be such gorgeous buildings. The bells in the church near our Allotment were ringing this morning while I was spreading muck! Its such a warming sound. I think the colours used for these cards are warm as well. They are Always Artichoke, Mellow Moss, Ruby Red and Very Vanilla.

I combined the Silent Night Stamp Set with Snowburst and Circle of Friendship.
For this Z fold card, I coloured in the church scene with SU markers. The paper is from the Patterned Paper set you could get as Hostess Benefits and the ribbon is Mellow Moss Taffeta ribbon. The ribbon was wrapped around the paper layer and a hodge podge ribbon buckle was added to the centre. Inside is stamped with Snowburst snowflakes and the sentiment from Silent Night.

This is the same Gift bag which we will make on Tuesday but in the warm colours. The pearls are from the Pretties Kit.

Dazzling Diamonds glitter was added to the scene with a quickie glue pen.

Hee Hee can you see the snowflakes on the church. They are punched out using the Boho Blossum Flower Punch. Check it out, it matches the snowflake perfectly.

Another pocket card. The scene is cut out using the Petite Oval Nesties. The circle of friendship is punched out using the 1" circle punch and layered onto a 1 1/4" circle punch. I added white dots on the outer layer with a white gel pen.

This is the inside when you pull on the tab, which is made using the Round Tab Punch.

Anyway, Hope you are having a good weekend. I hope to get some more projects done this week.
Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx

  4. This set is gorgeous and has some lovely colours in it, and what a clever girl to find out the Boho blossoms punch will cut the snowflakes out - not that I mind cutting them out (much)but more perfect with the punch.

  9. Well Jen I didn't think you could top the blue and white combination but I have to say these are soooooo different but very lovely.

I wonder if I am the only person who thinks this colourways seems to makes it look as though you have actually used different "church" stamps.
    Beautiful as always.

I am very jealous of your local ladies lol
