Old Fashioned Christmas......

Its half term holidays here, so sorry I haven't been keeping to my usual daily updates. These are a few of the cards I have been making for the Ringwood Paper Show, on Sunday.
They are all made using the Old Fashioned Christmas stamp set, its a great one if you love to colour. I based the colours on the Holiday Treasures Paper Pack, I did worn you that I love those papers!!!
This is a quick and simple card, just paper and lots of colouring. I used the SU Markers which are great, as with all Stampin' Up products all the colours match perfectly. I added some dazzling diamonds for the tree tinsle. The sentiment is a Hostess Stamp Set - Free for orders over £150 or Party sells over £150, Best Yet.
This is a Z fold using the Father Christmas and some rectangle nesties. I used the stamp from Perfect Presents for the circles that hold back the main image, What? No Scallop circle you ask - Believe me I tried it but I had already stamped the Christmas Wishes so it wouldn't fit......
For the Father Christmas, lots of colouring again, The script was used on the whisper white which is a cuttlebug die I forget to use, but I though it went well with the Old Fashioned look. The paper on this card is Old Olive Designer Paper and I used the 1/4" Chocolate Chip ribbon to hide the join.
I am busy making a box for these 3 cards, but I haven't finished it yet but will upload it when I do.

Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx

  1. Lovely, lovely cards. Love the designer Papers as well - must get some. I originally discounted buying that stamp set but they look so nice and colouring is so therapeutic that I must think again. Great cards as always.

  6. Gorgeous cards Jenny, I made some of the big Santa ones last week and used watercolour pencils, they took ages but it's very therapeutic to just sit and colour in.
