SC182 Card Sketch....
I had a quick play with one of the card sketch layouts over at Splitcoaststampers...
The cardstock used is Elegant Eggplant, Rose Red and Whisper White, also the Rose Red Designer paper. The stamp set is Carte Postale. To get the flower I stamped the square image and cut around the flower leaving a border. I popped this up with a dimensional and added a silver brad. I stamped the sentiment and added a hodgepodge frame.
I have Tracey coming over to play today, we haven't been all together since January so we are really looking forward to stamping back together.
Thanks for looking,
Jenny :-)xx

Silent Night........
I am so very behind with my Christmas Cards.....Also with the high postage costs I thought I would try some cards with not so many layers....IT was HARD! Hee!
The stamp set is Silent Night and I choose Night of Navy, Brocade Blue and Whisper White cardstock. I stamped in Night of Navy on Whisper White and then ran it through the Big Shot with the Snowflake embossing folder. These were so quick to make, I am going to make a stack of them!
A Z card......I went over parts of the image with the glue pen and Dazzling Diamonds to give it a bit of glitter, still flat though for posting.
This is half a sheet of Night of Navy with the bottom 1/3 cut off. I used the corner rounder to make the scallop edge. I stamped the sentiment on the whisper white in Brocade Blue.

Jenny:-)xx

Inspiration............
There are a couple of things I wanted to share with you,
Firstly Look what we dug up from our back garden, a minute ago!
We planted them in March in a small bucket WOW! Last week when we had a hand full from the allotment I cooked them in the oven with Red Onions, White Onions, Garlic and Rosemary. I roasted them for about 30 minutes and we had them with Yorkshire Puddings and Gravy - Delicious! It really didn't need anything else.
The other thing I wanted to share with you is:_
AN AWESOME VIDEO over at Dawns Stamping Thoughts
You really will need some tissues but I found it so INSPIRING.
Dawn always has fantastic projects to share with us as well.

More Doodle That.....
Isn't it funny how sometimes you completely over look a stamp - I seem to have done this with Doodle That. I do love a bit of colouring in, its so very relaxing.
The colours for this card is Orchid Opulence, Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, some Cutie pie and Certainly Celery designer papers.
I stamped the flowers and leaves in Black stazon, then coloured them in with the SU Markers.
Anyway, just a quick post today as I have to get my Third Class Project sorted.

Doodle That......
I found this colour combination on Split Coast stampers site, and I was ALLOWED to pick a carrot in our Garden this morning and was reminded off these lovely colours.
The stamp set is Doodle That, a little set of just four stamps but as I have said before the stamp images in Stampin' Up sets all mix and match which ever the size of the stamp set. The cardstock used is Ruby Red, Pumpkin Pie, Apricot Appeal and Very Vanilla. I stamped the Apricot Appeal Layer which the doodle swirl in Apricot Appeal. I stamped the Happy word from the Happy Everything set in Pumpkin Pie and added a small piece of Pumpkin Designer Paper to the middle. Then I ran the whole layer through the Big Shot with Swiss Dots Cuttlebug embossing folder.
Next I stamped the same swirl in Apricot Appeal on Very Vanilla and coloured in using SU Markers. I stamped the flower 3 times in Black Stazon and coloured and cut out, added a Ruby Red brad and popped them up. I added a layer to this of Ruby Red which I ran down the edges with the Distressing Tool from the Cutter Kit.
I stamped the For You word sentiment on Pumpkin Pie in Ruby Red and cut out using the Round Tab Punch. I pricked under the word.
The flowers were popped up using 3D Dimensionals.
LOOK this is our first carrot, we rushed in and washed it. Cut it up in slices and munched on them (we all had a slice Hee!) WOW! the taste was brilliant and I don't actually like carrots much!
Hope you have a nice weekend,
Thanks for looking,

Bold Butterfly......
I've been cutting new Stamp Sets and Hubbie out at Cricket so I am inking them up.........Don't you just love Cricket - Not the game (well l do like it) but the fact that I have some spare time WOOHOO!
Its so quite warm here and its lovely and cool in my craft room. Also I can see 'MR T' from my desk. Would you believe it we are Misting him with a water spray, he seems to love it!!!! I really want him to say Rebbit!!! (not sure if thats spelt right!)------NEXT WE WILL BE CATCHING SLUGS FOR HIM I bet!
Anyway enough of me Rebbitting on Hee! He! Sorry:-)
The first stamp set I mounted is this Bold Butterfly - I chose Bordering Blue and Close to Cocoa as my cardstock. The base card is half a sheet of A4 folded in half, then a strip of Close to Cocoa designer paper added to the lefthand side.
I cuttlebugged a piece of whisper white with Swiss Dots embossing folder and added this to a layer of Close to Cocoa. The Frame was made with 2 scalloped nestabilitie dies, put through the Big Shot at the same time.
I added some Caramel Gingham ribbon around the frame before adding it to the embossed layer. The Butterfly was stamped on whisper white with Bordering Blue ink, the outline stamp was positioned over the bold image using the Stamp a ma jig.... Next I stamped the outline Butterfly on some vellum cardstock with Versamark ink then sprinkled the HEAT & STICK Powder over the top and heated with the Heat Gun. Then I sprinkled Dazzling Diamond glitter over the top and heated it again to set.
It looks like pale white doesn't it. I cut out and attached it to the Blue Butterfly with glue dots. I added a Close to Cocoa flower in the bottom righthand corner and popped up with a 3D Dimensional.
The sentiment is from the Seasonal Wishes stamp set.

Two For You.........
I combined the Special Offers for June together to make this card.
I kept to the colours that come in the Three for You Punch Box - Chocolate Chip, Bordering Blue and More Mustard. The ink spots are fabulous, hopefully they will be in the next catalogue. The Three for You punch is 3 flowers and it punches out the stamped flowers perfectly.
I started with half a piece of A4 Chocolate Chip cardstock and folded in half. Then I cut a piece of Whisper White 7.5cm x 12cm, stamped with the Paisley Background stamp in Bordering Blue ink but leaved an edge at the bottom which I used the Corner Rounder on to make the scallop border. Then I punched a tiny hole using the hand held punch in each scallop. I layered this onto some Bordering Blue cardstock.
Next, I punched out 2 round tab punch shapes in More Mustard and stuck then together to make a Circle and added a Bordering Blue scallop circle. I stamped the dotty stamp in More Mustard on a piece of 2cm x 5cm whisper white and edged this with Chocolate Chip. The 1 1/4 circle punch was More Mustard which I pricked using the pricking tool and clear mat, then added a Circle of Friendship image which I punched out using the 1" circle punch - saves time and energy cutting out that set. I stamped 3 flowers using the individual flower in More Mustard and used the Three for You punch to cut them out. The centre of the Circle image was punched out using the 1/2" circle punch, then the flower added with a Vintage Brad.
I had to add some Chocolate Chip Taffeta ribbon to complete the card. This card took me 20 minutes to make - Wow!
Will have some more for you tomorrow,
Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx
