Playful Pets Stamp Class in the Post

Morning Everyone,

Playful Pets! We certainly have a fun one who will be 13yrs old this year and he showing his age now but can still be fun like a puppy sometimes.
These cards were for my Stamp Class in the Post at the beginning of the month and I always do extra samples for extra ideas.

I did do three extra class packs if anyone is interested in getting a Stamp Class in the Post, all you need to complete the four cards is a real red ink pad and sentiments of your choice, I used pampered pets.

These are the fun samples I came up with using the rest of the pet images in the playful pets designer series paper.

I used the playful trim combo pack for the ribbon and bakers twine.

The embossing folder is the tasteful textiles one and I used the stitched so sweetly dies for the rectangles.

The papers have Cat images on half and Dog images on the other half.

The playful pets die cuts out this dog and the cat that lies down.

This is a birthday card for my niece she has two cats that look just like these two and the black one is so naughty always climbing up the curtains!!

Hope you enjoyed popping by to see my little blog,

My Craft Room

Morning Everyone,

Hope you are all doing well.

I've not crafted once this week! It's been a sort of tidy, clear out and repaint sort of week in my Craft Room. It's amazing what you find....

At the end of my Craft Room is my storage area for most of my extra supplies that I don't use every day but still need.  The back wall had just plain shelves but they were getting a bit full, so I found these slim bookcases from Argos and replaced the shelves with these.

There was enough space for some samples up this end of the room and some pretty lights.

Most of my room is taken up with the long table that my ladies come for inperson craft classes sit at and I sit at this end.  I moved my ink pads that I use every day over to this side over the little area that I film my videos at.  It's a makeshift extra desk area, the photo on the left is when I have the desk open and the photo on the right is when its put away.  My stampin up punches were above the akron camera stand but I have removed them as I am moving them over to the other side of the room in a couple of punch storage boxes that I am waiting to arrive.
I loved how this little area turned out, its full of colour - All 50 of the Stampin' UP Colours!!
I sit at the main table so this area is just on my right.  I have an ikea trolley with my laptop on top beside my desk with all my scraps of card stock in.

So this area is on my left of where I sit.  It has all my die cutting products, dies and embossing folders etc.
The cupboard above houses all my glues etc.
The space under the cupboard is where my punch storage is going to go on the wall.

Underneath is where I keep all my catalogues ready to ship, envelopes and order forms etc.

The pile of catalogues on the top left are one from every year I have been a demonstrator, it was fun looking back through them.

If you need a catalogue, just shout and I will send you one out.

This is where I craft.

I have this in front of me with my everyday essentials. The clear desk organiser was from amazon about four years ago, I used it for paperwork but decided to see if I could get all my essentials in and I did, Fingers crossed it stays this neat!!!

We have so many lovely designer papers in both our catalogues that I re organised those as well.
I found the idea over on Patty Bennett's You Tube channel.

I moved them into my white basket after doing all the labels.

I freshened up the paint in my room as well so its back to crafting today....

I have this little lot to play with.  Its the new Autumn Winter catalogue products that will be available from the 4th August.
I always put anything new in these baskets until I have played with them at least once.

Hope you enjoyed seeing my little craft space.  It's compact but works well when its tidy and organised.

Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx

Boho Indigo Product Medley

Morning Everyone,

I am loving the Boho Indigo Product Medley......What is a Product Medley?

It's a box full with stampin' up! goodies all for one very reasonable price. You get so much in them.

So in the Boho Indigo medley you get the Stamp Set, Matching Dies, Two full reels of ribbon, 48 Sheets of designer series papers, which includes some very vanilla embossed sheets, 6 sheets of images with gold foiling that are die cut already and two bags of paper flowers with tiny beads in their centres.

The sentiments are perfect in this stamp set and the vases stamped lovely in the night of navy ink on some scrap very vanilla.

The leaves and  two of the pre cut die cuts for the sentiments, all have gold foiling on.

I stamped the flowers is magenta madness.

There are two sizes of the little paper flowers with the tiny wooden beads in the centres.

The gold leaves were cut using the die which embosses at the same time.

There is a refill kit also for the medley, which has the papers, pre cut die cuts and paper flowers, doesn't include the ribbon.

You can find everything on page 9 of the Annual Catalogue.

Thanks for popping by and taking a look,

Jenny:-)xx

Blossoms in Bloom

Morning Everyone,

I made another birthday set with the Blossoms in Bloom bundle. I just knew I wanted this bundle as soon as I saw it in the Annual Catalogue. Its such a lovely image.
As this set has distinctive stamps, you get one stamped impression with lots of light and dark sections, so it looks  a bit like you have watercolored it.
I've just used seaside spray for the big image which I stamped using my stamparatus.

I used the stitched rectangles to make a frame by cutting two of them at once which gives you the little border. I cut one piece of white using the largest die in the frame and stamped the flowers on.
I added double sided tape around the back of the stitched frame and lined up the outline flower die to attach underneath the frame. The frame is then popped up with 3d foam pads.

The card and the other book layer was stamped at the same time by laying both pieces side by side on the stamparatus and stamping so part of the flowers when on one layer and part with on the other layer.
I then turned the layers and repeated it so you only stamped twice but you have four parts of the layers.
I over laid the white outline flowers on top.

The back ground was embossed with the dainty diamonds embossing folder.

This one was spritzed with the shimmer paint again, its so subtle.

One of the new mini paper pumpkin box has also got embossed sides, top and bottom to match the card.

I think this bundle would look great in so many colours,
What is your favourite?

Blossoms in Bloom

Afternoon Everyone,

Another birthday idea using the Blossoms in Bloom bundle in purples this time.
Using the same sticky adhesive sheets to add the outline blossom image to the little box which has some Neals Yard pillow mist inside.

For the card I stamped on the white layer in highland heather and then added the two dies on top in gorgeous grape and white which are popped up with 3d foam pads.
The ribbon is the tricolour one which is also purples. The sentiment is from fancy phrases stamp set.

The box is 8 1/4" x 7 1/2"
Score along the 8 1/4" side at 1 3/4", 6 3/4", 7 5/8"
Score along the 7 1/2" side at 1 3/4", 3 1/2", 6 1/4", 7"

Cut up the bottom score lines to make four tabs, cut away the small corner rectangle.

I added some shimmer all over with the champagne shimmer paint in the spritzer bottle with some rubbing alcohol.

The flowers are popped up with 3d foam pads over the stamped imaged.

You can see the shimmer here, not easy to photograph but it really catches the light.

Thanks for popping by and visiting my blog,

Jenny:-)xx

Blossoms in Bloom Happy 40th......

Good Morning Everyone,

Hope you are well and staying safe.

We have quite a few birthday's in July and an anniversary for my Son Robert and Daughter in Law Taylor.

One is a Special birthday for our Niece Hayley who will be 40 on Saturday, so a special card and gift box was needed.
I used the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set and matching dies with a colour combination of Bumblebee and Just Jade, two of our new in colours this year.

The base card is two of the memories & more cards and envelopes.  I folded the front section in half and added them together to make a 3d gatefold card.
On the inside of the right hand side I made a little money pocket with a little pull out card.

The Blossoms in Bloom dies are very delicate, so I used the adhesive sheets on page162 of the annual catalogue.  You peel the top layer back and add a piece of card stock. Run it through the die cutting machine with your die on top and then you can peel the back away to find glue all over the delicate outline die. Plus a bonus is the middle of the flowers and petals also has glue so keep them for another card.
They come in 12 sheets (6" x 12") for £9.25 they are so easy to use.

I did a little bit of embossing in gold for the numbers which are from the Family Party stamp set.
The bumblebee ribbon is a real favourite of mine, think I am on my third reel!

Thanks for popping by and taking a look at what I have been creating.
Hope you have a good week,

Dandelions Embossing Folder Thank You's

Morning Everyone! Yay it's Friday!

It's been one of those week's here in my craft room.  Busy, Busy, Busy with sending out all the Mini Catalogues with a little cards for my customers.  I love sending out things in the post and I am sure the Post Office lady dreads seeing me in the queue.

Right then, Let me introduce you to the Dandelion Embossing Folder....
It's a large 6 x 6 3D version one. It's really gorgeous.
I loved the sample on page 103 and went ahead and cased it.

I embossed a piece of our vellum card stock and coloured in the leaves with a just jade stampin blend before adding it with some stampin seal behind the dandelion heads and where the ribbon/sentiment was going.

The embossing on the vellum really makes the dandelions pop out, you would think it was a stamp that I stamped and embossed but NO! its just an embossing folder.

I used the Ornate frame dies for the sentiment layers after I wrapped some in colour linen ribbon around the layers.  The base card is a thick whisper white one.
There was a problem with the purple posy ink from stampin up so thats discontinued so I used black memento on this colour way but the rest I used the matching in colour ink pad for the sentiments.

I dotted around some of the butterfly gems which come in a pack of 100.

There one in every in 2019 - 2021 in colour for my thank you cards for July customers.

Have a good day,
Thanks for looking and popping by,
Jenny:-)xx
