Oh So Succulent Bigshot Class.

Morning Everyone,

I had a little play with the Oh! So Succulent garden suite from the Spring Catalogue yesterday.  I had been collecting little containers ever since I saw this stamp set.

I was lucky to have this stamp set to do some display samplers for Stampin UP Onstage last november but didn't have the matching framelits (or even know there were some at the time!)

Oh my I love them.  A little time consuming but Hey! the time whizzed by while catching up with A Place called Home thank you Sandra for telling me about the new series, LOVE it.!

The top pot was from Sainsbury's and the bottom tray was from Lidl but I think Ikea do something very similar.

I used garden green, old olive, mint macaron, tip top taupe and sweet sugarplum cardstock.

Most flowers have about 7 or 9 or even 11 layers, so my bigshot got a right old work out.

We will be making some succulents next week for my Bigshot Club, if you fancy coming along please let me know.

Thanks for looking,

Avant Garden Stamp Class....

Hello Everyone,

For this week's Stamp Class I used the Avant Garden stamp set which is a Freebie during Sale a Bration, available until 31st March.

I went with two colour combinations, Calypso Coral and Peekaboo Peach then Bermuda Bay and Pool Party.  Both had Early Espresso and Crumb Cake on them as well.

The other stamp set was Thank so much, a lovely big sentiment.

The Avant Garden has three nice sentiments as well and they are such lovely fonts.

I used the stitched oval framelits and the matching layering ovals for the scallop one.

Fancy coming along to a Stamp Class, or placing an order?
Drop me an email to come to class or place your order from my shop on the left hand side of the blog.

Bloomin' Love Valentines.....

Morning Everyone,

We used the Bloomin Love Suite and the New Sealed with Love Suite for our Valentine's Class last week.
The Black, Real Red and White was the colour combination for a change.

The Side cards used the Bloomin Love framelit in white with white flowers, plus the sides were cut using the Love Note Framelit die

The Window Box Framelits were used to make the hexagonal boxes which I filled with a bag of chocolate hearts.  You can make the stack of hearts with the small envelope in the Sealed with Love Framelit set.

Cut four of the envelopes and glue the bottom two scallops to form this shape.
Use two mini glue dots to add each chocolate heart to the shapes and stack three high wrapping with ribbon.

Add a little tag from the window box framelits.

Have you seen the mini boxes of Milk Tray.  They only have 7 chocolates inside, so perfect was just having a little bit of chocolate.

I made this slider card/box.

Hope you enjoy making your family, friends, loved ones something for Valentines Tomorrow.
