Pillow Box Bigshot Class.....

I'm back again! Been catching up loads today. Hope you're not sick of me just yet?

We made these Cards and matching pillow boxes in all sorts of sizes last Thursday.

I used the Mocha Morning papers which are so luxurious with the brushed gold and silver cardstock which compliments the papers go well. I mixed in Cherry cobbler and Soft Suede with a hint of basic black.

Those naughty girls had me running around after them last week. I gave them a choice of papers and they were swappping things around like mad! They were laughing and telling me off for giving them choices!!!! hee hee
I showed them how to make the three different sizes using the same pillow box die.
All the flowers are the Blossom Party die which is in the Mini Catalogue.
We made matching cards to the boxes as well.
The sentiments are from the You're a Gem and the brads are the Vintage Brads.

Right then off to get ready for Stamp Class tonight.

Charming Stamp Class...

Clean & Simple was my idea for the Charming Stamp Set which is available from the Mini Catalogue. It is a great little stamp set and you get 7 stamps for a very reasonable price of £13.95 Clear version.

I used a very gorgeous colour combination, one of my many favourites which is also on the colour coach, Cherry cobbler, Always artichoke and River Rock.

Whether you choose to make normal sized cards or
Smaller sized cards, the stamp set works just as well, for some quick Clean & Simple card designs.

My Friend Stamp Class....

Morning Everyone,

On a roll! Even with hubbie home with Man Flu! Poor devil. Keep the noise down I say hee hee.

We used the stamp set My Friend from the Mini Catalogue last week. The Mini Catalogue only runs until 30th April! The stamp set has two lovely sentiments in it and the foliage image is huge and gorgeous, so many possiblities.

We made a little gift bag, which we have done before but its nice to have fresh ones ready to use. I used two colour combinations Island Indigo, Pear Pizzazz and Rich Razzleberry or Concord Crush, Wisteria Wonder and Pear Pizzazz. The In colour paper pack for this years In colours have both Island Indigo and Wisteria Wonder in the same pack, so you could make both sets from one pack of designer paper!

The In colour paper packs are such great value as you get 8 12 x 12 sheets in the same colour, 4 in the 2 different designs.
I used the Lovely Daisies Bigz die and the Beautiful Wings Embosslit to add a fun 3D embellishment. The label is from the Lots of Tags Sizzlet Set, a great set of 4 sizzlets which cut 5 different tags to use on your projects. I used this label on my previous class with the large oval punch which fits perfectly inside.

This is the Concord Crush and Wisteria Wonder Version.

Easter Blossoms Stamp Class.....

Hello Everyone,

Gosh another month nearly over! We had half term off with the boys which was lovely. A quick visit to Monkey World to see how the monkeys are coming on and they were so cute, nearly all of them were in bed! The chimps all had blankets or straw bedding. Some were so fast asleep and others just looked at you with their long eyelashes. LOVE THEM.

It's OK having some time off but it really does put me so behind, work piles up in no time, so that's why I am late with showing you my latest classes and projects. We have been working our way through all the lovely offerings in the Mini Catalogue. For Today's class we used the Easter Blossoms stamp set. I really enjoyed making these cards. Lovely spring colours for you!

I made 3 groups of cards using the different main colour way but same designs.
The Blossom image is gorgeous. I used three different ways of colouring it in.
All the ribbon used is Seam Binding.

Right then on with the next set.

Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx

Stampin' UP! Extravaganza.....

Yesterday was my Sale a Bration Extravaganza held in Poole. We always make three projects and all the ladies worked really hard to get their projects finished.

I decided that we would make a Storage Box for all our Cards we have been busy making. The storage boxes are available from Ikea. The Card box and matching cards were stamped with the Spiced Paisley stamp set that everyone got to take home.

I made these two projects in two colour combinations as I used the Spice Cake paper from the Mini Catalogue which have all 5 colours on the gorgeous papers.

The box has stamped dividers inside ready for different occasions.
These are the cards in the pool party and more mustard colour combination.
These are the cards in river rock and pear pizzazz colour combination.
The third project was using the Create a Cupcake stamp set and matching punch.
One of the cards was a cascading card full of cupcakes.
The other two use the two tag die and cut using the bigshot.
This is the Registration desk, complete with welcome packs and gift bags.
These are the Prize Patrol Gifts.
The tables were set up for the day. These are the flowers that I had previously shown you using the fun flower die in the sab papers.

These are the table gifts and place settings.
If you fancy having a go at the projects they are available on the right.
The next Extravaganza's are on June 9th (Poole) or June 16th (Yeovil). Places are limited and are First Come Basis. Email me for more details. Closing date is 30th April.

Cover Note Book & Gift Box.....

Back Again with a couple more things using the lovely Everyday Enchantment papers. I had lots of hearts left over from the previous project when I used the heart to heart punch. This time I folded them in half and added them to a 1 3/4" circle and then layered it onto the new Scallop Circle Punch from the Mini Catalogue.
I covered the note book and then added the pool party layer with some postage stamp squares.
This is a 4" x 4" Gift box using the textured pool party cardstock. The tiny pearls fit perfectly in the joins of the postage stamp, you can just see them around the middle square.

Everyday Enchantment Paper - FREE during Sale a Bration

Morning All,

I'm loving the Sale A Bration FREE Paper pack called Everyday Enchantment.

You probably have realised that already!!! I wanted to make something else and I remembered I purchased one of these Box Frames from Ikea at Christmas.

So I used the Postage Stamp PUNCH from the Mini Catalogue, to do the patchwork layers around the outer edge. I added a pool party layer for the centre with some of our Pearls going all around the outer edge. These tiny pearls are actually joined together which made it so quick to add them to the inside of the mountboard.

I used the Full Heart Punch to do the flower in the centre, which was punched from the everyday enchantment paper and then folded in half.

The Heart to Heart Punch was used for the 3D hearts going around the patchwork section.

Perfect Postage Stamp Class....

Morning All,

We used the Perfect Postage stamp set yesterday in Stamp Class. It's a tiny stamp set of four images its a bargain at £8.95 in the clear and £10.95 in the Wood option. Plus they all fit in the New Postage Stamp PUNCH......

I used the pocketful of posies paper pack in two different colour combinations. Early Espresso, Baja Breeze and Very Vanilla for one. Then Rich Razzleberry, Pretty in Pink, Whisper white for the other.

Right must get on as I'm having a Pergola fitted in the garden today, such a shame I will have to craft all day:-)

Stampin UP Extravaganza.......

Sorry its been quiet on here, but I've been busy prepping for my Sale a Bration Extravaganza's this month. I've also had a birthday and we had the weekend off in London, where we went to Marlebone Cramer Street Farmer's Market and then on to London Zoo. I could have spent the whole weekend just looking at the Gorilla's and the Penguins. It's a lovely Zoo.

It was the Crafty Bunch turn to have their Sale a Bration Extravaganza Yesterday. We were all worried about the Snow but all was fine in the end. My Wonderful Mum came along and we left at 6am, just in case we came across any bad weather.

Anne and Jill from the Crafty Bunch were super helpers and we have setting up the room down to a fine art now.

These are the Table settings for this Extravaganza, they are made from the Fun Flower Bigz die and the Everyday Enchantment Sale a Bration papers. Oh how I love those papers. The vintage brads for the centre and they are the same on the back of the flowers.

I'll show you the rest on Sunday.

I made these tags using the Two Tag die and the Designer embossed frames. The stamp set is sprinkled expressions. The colours are Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade and Lucky Limeade. All the incolours have had such a bashing these last few months!!!! Love them all as both years go so well together.

These are the samples some of the ladies were lucky to win with their Prize Patrol Pressies. Hope you Enjoy using your new stamp sets.
