Sale a Bration Stamp Set Bliss......

Just look at this FREE Stamp Set! It's called BLISS - Do you know what? I think it could be my favourite! Mmm! Can't make my mind up....

Yes I will be doing instructions for the ladies that have left messages and emailled me. Probably not until next week though, as I am still meant to be on Holiday! Don't want to get into trouble.

For this project, I made a slider box complete with 4 cards.

The box holds the four cards and their matching envelopes.

These are the four cards. I used Soft Suede, Melon Mambo and Pink Pirouette for the colour combination. The paper is from the Neutrals and Brights paper packs.

All the sentiments are from the So Happy For You FREE Sale a Bration stamp set. I love the font!

More Pearls were added, this time to the butterfly body and centre of the flowers.

If you are in my Downline, Look out for one of these!!!

Last but not least, this one, especially to Welcome in the New Year 2011....
Here's Wishing you all a Very Happy New Year but most of all a Healthy ONE!
Thanks for looking and I will see you in 2011.

Sale a Bration 2011 Begins..................

Hello Everyone! Hope you all had a Lovely Christmas. Well Today is the day Sale a Bration Starts........

It lasts from 30th December to 28 February. For Every £45 worth of products you purchase from the current catalogue you get to choose a FREE Sale a Bration Stamp Set - YES FREE!!!

There are four Stamp Sets to choose from. The first Stamp Set I have had a play with is called Sweet Summer. After all the snow we have had it was nice to be thinking of Summer instead!

We were meant to going to Cornwall for Christmas but we got stuck at home because of the weather. We all promised eachother that although we were at home, we wouldn't actually do any work, and I managed to keep to that for once! So Yesterday was the first time I went and got a few bits to work with.

These are the bits and bobs I made while still watching the movies we had recorded for Christmas. My hubbie and I sat down two days running to watch the GodFather Movies - Classics, What a treat.

As Demonstrators we were allowed to preorder the Sale a bration stamp sets earlier in the Month. I first made this little box, just like the Lollipop box filled with cards this time.
The colour combination is Pear Pizzazz, Blushing Bride and Shimmery White Cardstock. The paper is from the In Colour paper stacks.

The sentiments is from the other Sale a Bration stamp set called So Happy For YOU!

I added lots of pearls to the flower heads and the butterfly was stamped in black stazon on the paper layers and coloured in with the blushing bride in colour marker pen.
Don't you just love the tiny BEE?

And the Cute little bird?

On this card, I used Regal Rose ink instead of the Blushing Bride for the flowers.

This is the same but with Blushing Bride ink.

Lots and Lots of Pearls! The Shimmery White cardstock is such a luxury but it is gorgeous for colouring in with.

This is a Birthday card using the tall stems on three sections. Very Simple! Again the sentiment is from the So Happy For YOU Sale a Bration stamp set.

I made a matching tiny Gift Card holder to match the Birthday Wishes card. The scallop imaged is from another Sale a Bration set called Punch Bunch.
Its layered onto a Scallop Square made using the Scallop Trim Corner Punch. 2" x 2". Then the punched image was layered on top. YEP! You saw them, MORE Pearls.
I used the Textured cardstock in the Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz - Delish!
What a lovely matching pair to give to someone Special.....

Right then after I have mounted the rest of the images, I will be back!!!

Appreciation Gifts for My Lovely Ladies....

This is such a wonderful Hobbie. I have met so many lovely liked minded ladies (and Ken!) who too enjoy my hobbie of Crafting with Stampin' UP! I really do appreciation my ladies who keep coming to my Stamp Classes, so these are this year's pressies.

I used the Holiday Hoopla again for the Father Christmas in Riding Hood Red. The snowflake and Do Not Open images are from the Winter Post stamp set.
The Baja Breeze paper is from the subtles pack, which I used to wrap the stamp set and then White Satin Ribbon was tied around it as well.

I brought a huge box of Gingerbread biscuits (sorry they weren't made by me, but biscuits would not be edible if I made them, cakes yes but not biscuits!!! hee hee)
The bag topper was added to a medium cello bag, 10cm x 10cm scored at 5cm. I used the wheel to decorate the topper and the snowflake from the winters post set was punched out using the Ornament Punch.
Last year I made similar Chocolate Slider cards for my ladies, this year I made Snowman ones. Instead of the Lindt Chocolate Bars, I used boxes of Toffifee. The real red polka dot ribbon from the Christmas Bundle offer was added to the bottom, like a bow tie!

I made 31 of these! hee hee

The box just slides out this time, I didn't use any ribbon to put out the chocolate like last year. You can find the Father Christmas chocolate slider on the left under the labels.
Check back later for the measurements......

We played a game of Bingo using my Bingo Cards I made. It was very funny on the Tuesday Morning. Every one was a WINNER! I used the Broadsheet Alphabet for the Bingo word and mostly the Tiny Tags stamp set and a few others for the squares.

Right Then, One of my sons break up today, so only the morning to finish off bits I need to do and then my other son finishes tomorrow lunch time. Then Christmas can start!!!!

Holiday Hoopla Christmas Cards.....

Hello All,

This is my Christmas Card for this Year. I used the Holiday Hoopla Stamp Set. I went with a mixture of Garden Green, Riding Hood Red and Crumb Cake as my base cards. The designer paper is from the Regal paper pack. The sentiment is from the Curly Cute stamp set.

Do you like Father Christmas? I added dazzling diamonds and I crimped his bread with the crimper. His face was coloured in with the blushing bride marker. The ribbon is 1/8" Black Taffeta ribbon.
This is another one, just changed the card base around and paper pieced the trees .

The paper was stamped all over with the confetti background stamps in the same colour as the paper but this one I stamped in whisper white craft. That is one fantastic white ink pad.

I have been busy making all my lovely ladies who come to my Stamp Class their appreciation gifts. I can't show you the photo's until Thursday or it will spoil it for the ladies tomorrow evening.
It was the last meet of the addicted ladies for a while and I made them each one of the covered Stampin UP Note books. The paper is Sweet & Sour and the stamp set is Notably Ornate.
The alphabet is the Broadsheet one.
I made a little card to go with each one in the matching paper. The spiral punch was used to cover the notebook. It is the exact same size as the spiral binding.

Did you make one of my Father Christmas Chocolate slider card last year? Well I made a snowman one for this year, Check back on Thursday for a Tutorial.

Style Beautiful CD Calendar Stamp Class

Can it really be nearly 2011! Yep.....

This is today's Stamp class. All the calendars use the CD cases to hold the pages. Three different sizes. These cases are not Stampin up and they are proper Calendar CD Cases.

The stamp set used is called Style Beautiful. I used the Lap of Luxury Paper pack. Included in the class is a Pink and Grey Version using the other paper from the same pack.

The Concord Crush in Colour is so Delish! The pages are all double sided and sit in the grove to stand up on your desk. The numbers are the School Serif Numbers stamp set.

The class includes my templates for all three style of calendars. You just need to print them off and cut them up as per my instructions.

Snow Day

Hope you are all wrapped up warm. We were freezing on the paper rounds this morning at 6.30am. The snow was so nice to walk in though. I like it when no one has walked in it, it looked like someone had dropped a huge pot of Dazzling Diamonds Glitter over our road!

Sid was like Tigger! Bouncing about. He was so excited with I opened the back door and he saw what was outside.

Then look what he made me do!!!! Pampered or What!

Butterfly Prints Stamp Class....

Hello Everyone. Happy December! It's been quite a busy week here with one thing and another.

This is what we made yesterday, using the Butterfly Prints stamp set. It co-ordinates with the Butterfly Punch. I decided to use one of the colour combinations from the New Colour Coach, Pink Pirouette, Baja Breeze and Early Espresso.

I love the softness of this Pink. The papers are from the Subtles Huge Paper Pads. They are great value, they are also very nice to stroke!!!!

On the large Hexagonal Box and Tall Card, I decorated the bodies of the butterflies with rhinestones. There are three rows of tiny ones in the rhinestone packs that are joined together, so its easy to do this. The sentiment is from the Perfect Punches.

You can make the Tall Hexagonal box from one sheet of A4, just add some smellies or a stamped candle!

This is the smaller Hexagonal Box and Matching card.

My Eldest Son celebrated his 16 Birthday. He is such a funny boy, very laid back almost horizontal my hubbie would say! I was taking this photo and then he promptly threw the cake on the floor, WELL I was surprised Sid didn't get to it before we did, as there were 7 of us laughing so much! Bless him........Happy Birthday Daniel.

We seem to be at the stage of being embarrassing parents! What a cheek.......
My youngest who is nearly 15 had his Christmas Present Early. He wanted to build his own Computer and it came last Thursday. He choose all the bits etc, We were very brave and let him order what he needed without Batting an eyelid! It was only until the final cost came up that I thought! I do hope he knows what he is doing.......:-)
He has been doing an early morning paper round for over a year now and he is so proud to pay most of the cost.
Well he set himself up in the Dining Room, with lots of bits and bobs, Good Job its not a CAR Engine! Then he said, Right then I'm switching it on.......
Bless him it all worked and he is now the pround owner of his very own hand built computer.
We haven't seen him for days! hee hee
The computer bits came in a huge box. My eldest who has just turned 16!!!!! Has always loved the actual box the toys came in. Here they are my two sons - 16 and nearly 15 playing in a box!
God Help us - The eldest is saving up for driving lessons! I think he is practising here!!!!!

This time next year he could be near YOU! Have his First Driving Lesson!

Anyways On with the Crafting.
How's the Christmas Cards coming along?

Welcome Christmas Stamp Class.....

Are you ready to Welcome Christmas yet? I have a birthday party to get sorted for my Eldest Son who is going to be 16 next week! Gosh! I still remember dressing him up in a santa babygrow for Christmas hee hee! Now he's going to be 16....

We will be using the Welcome Christmas stamp set for Stamp Class on Tuesday. One of the projects is a Gift Card Holder inspired by my downline Val. Thanks for showing us at Convention Val.

The Welcome Stamp Set is actually part of the Christmas Bundles which are on Special offer at the moment. It comes with some Specialty Paper called Christmas Cocoa. These are the papers in the class. They go perfectly with Soft Suede and Real Red cardstock.

This is the Gift Card Holder, perfect for those Top Up Gift Cards most Shops are offering at the moment.

I decided to add one of my Tall Gift Bags, like the ones I made for my Christmas Extravaganza Prize Patrol.

These are the ones using the In colour, paper, cardstock and ribbon. You can fit a small stamp set inside, like the a la carte ones.

Hope you are having a nice weekend.
