Delightful Decorations......

More samples! I did tell you, I was having trouble putting this stamp set away. I made these two framed 3D pictures with the Delightful Decorations stamp set. I love the samples in the New Catalogue and liked the look of the scrapbooking page on P.26. I thought that it would look nice in a deep frame.

These are 8" x 8" sized frame. They are hard to photograph though as the glass picks up the reflections of everything, ie the roof of my conservatory.

The next one is again in Marina Mist, another whole pack of that colour gone!

Can you see the bow in the middle, its the new 1/8" Taffeta ribbon. It is fantastic for tying bows, so easy, plus it has the added bonus of producing a flat knot as well!

Thanks for looking,

Delightful Decorations - More Samples.....

I am loving the combination of Cherry Chobbler and Old Olive. They are so rich together. The stamp set is Delightful Decorations with the co-ordinating Ornament Punch. The papers are the Jolly Holiday designer papers pack.

I used the new scallop trim corner and border punches to make the little frame on the front.

We finally have sticky backed pearls and rhinestones. They are really good quality ones and look real!

The sentiment inside the card on the middle layer is from the Occasional Greetings stamp set.

The other colour combination is Perfect Plum and Marina Mist. OH MY! Marina Mist is gorgeous. I used the rhinestones on this card instead of pearls. The papers are from the Subtles paper stack! There are four designs and you get two sheets of each in each colour of the family. Its great to have co-ordinating paper in every colour now. We never had that before.

The 3/4" circle punch was used to punch out the snowflakes and the sentiment, layered onto a 1" circle punch on the first card. Again the sentiments on the front and middle are from the Occasional Greetings stamp set.
The scallop oval is layered onto the new Wide Oval punch.

There are still more to show but after my Delightful Decorations class tomorrow.

Delightful Decorations........

Hello All,

Isn't the weather glorious! All jobs done, Washing dry (horrid ironing pile though!)......

My New Goodies came on Friday, so I've been playing non-stop!!! This catalogue really is the best one yet!

Stampin' UP! are brilliant at co-ordinating stamp sets with punches. We are using the Delightful Decorations stamp set and the Ornament Punch on Tuesday.

I came up with this project. Its quite a large project, so we are splitting the class in two. The Gift box holds 6 cards and 16 matching tags.

I made one set in the new Cherry Chobbler, Old Olive and Very Vanilla with the co-ordinating papers in Jolly Holiday. It's really much easier making cards when all the elements co-ordinate LOVE IT!

You can see the Delightful Decorations inside here......

I decided to use Marina Mist, Perfect Plum and Whisper white for my other colourway.
The papers are from the Subtle paper pack! 40 Sheets of 12" x 12" double sided papers all for £15.50 Bargain....

This is the inside of the Gift Box......

I must admit, I have had trouble putting this stamp set down, so check back tomorrow for all the other cards, I've made so far!
You can play along, the instructions are on the right,
Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx

Ornate Flowers Stamp Class....

This is my Stamp Class using the Ornate Flower Stamp Set and Perfect Punches Stamp Set. The papers are Greenhouse Gala. I did it two colours ways as usual. You can find the stamp set on Page 54 of the catalogue.
The box opens up in the middle and folds out. The New 1/8" Marina Mist Ribbon holds it closed.
If you want to play along, the instructions are on the right.

Thanks for looking,

It's Here.......New Stampin' Up Catalogue 2010-2011

Can you believe that this is the fourth Stampin' UP! Catalogue, I've had in my hands!!!!

Oh My! It is the Best one YET! If you haven't already got a copy in your hands, Email me and I will get one sorted for you. There is so much new stuff, far too many to list. What with all the new colours, ribbons, 3 pages of Punches - I am in Heaven!

The very first thing I made was a New Concertina Box. Exactly the same as the one on the right hand class but in the NEW Delish Marina Mist and the Greenhouse Gala Papers.....
The papers co-ordinate with the Ornate Flowers Stamp Set, which we will be using for my next class.

Jenny:-)xx
